ABOUT ME
Hi,
I've been training for years. I know that by facilitating good quality training my delegates will leave the room inspired, educated and motivated.
I have always strived to make a difference, and a difference based on my core vales of empathy, compassion and honesty.
My professional life includes my time as a police officer, prison officer and offender supervisor, working in residential care with children and young people who were victims of CSE CCE and abuse. I have worked as a Suicide Bereavement Coordinator in Warwickshire and jointly set up www.ianschain.co.uk after the tragic suicide of my son.
Over the past 2 years alone I have trained over 4600 professionals in the social care sector in Reducing Parental Conflict and was recognised by the Early Intervention Foundation as being a key to the success of the UK wide programme. Feedback has been amazing. Since this time I have been recruited by Walsall Council as their Reducing Parental Conflict Champion Lead, and I am relishing the challenge.
All of my co trainers also have the same ethics, have masses of learned experience and are a credit to their areas of expertise. These are trusted partners who I have picked for their own ability to inspire delegates in the same way in which I strive to do.
